    • Generally may not work.

    Ages 14-15

    • Max 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week (reduced from 48 by AB 215).

    Ages 16-17

    • No state-specific hour restrictions beyond federal.

    • Nevada does not require work permits.
    • The state labor commissioner must distribute an abstract of child labor laws for employers to post (AB 215 posting requirements now in effect).
